Parent Carers Coffee Morning

Are you a parent caring for a child under the age of 18? We understand the joys and challenges you face every day. Join our Parent Carers Peer Support Group, where you'll find a welcoming community of like-minded individuals who share your journey.

This group is open to all parent carers with children up to the age of 18. The group offers the opportunity for carers to come and have a coffee and a chat while meeting with other parent carers to share information and obtain peer support. These groups are run by our Project Worker Aprilanne, who was previously a parent carer.

Location: Central Wellbeing Hub, 5 Manse Place, Falkirk, FK1 1JN

When: Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month

Time: 1130-1 pm

Free to attend

Refreshments provided

There will also be regular wellbeing sessions provided free of charge, such as mindfulness and pamper sessions.
