Are you a senior looking to connect with like-minded individuals in a warm and welcoming environment? Look no further! Our Forget-Me-Not Café Peer Support Group is here to offer you friendship, understanding, and a shoulder to lean on. You're never alone when you're with us. This group was initially set up for people with a diagnosis of Dementia and their loved ones but is now open to all senior members of the community who may feel lonely and isolated.
The Forget-Me-Not Café is a haven for older adults, a place where cherished memories are shared, and new friendships bloom. Our peer support group is tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of seniors who are looking for:

- Support and empathy
- Activities and entertainment
- Resource sharing

When: Every Monday
Time: There are two sessions for this group due to high demand
- Session 1: 1030-12 pm
- Session 2: 1-3 pm

Home baking and refreshments provided by one of our superstar volunteers Margaret, and our other volunteer Eileen make sure everyone feels welcome whether they are attending for their first time or their 100th time.
