Meet our Team

Our Trustees

The Trustees of Central Wellbeing Falkirk are the wonderful folks who steer, guide and govern our charity.

We have a wide range of trustees from a whole host of different backgrounds including carers, charity workers, social entrepreneurs, and NHS employees.

The one thing all our trustees have in common is a desire to improve life for people living within the Falkirk district area who experience poor Mental Health or Mental Wellbeing. All are local to the area and each brings a fantastic skillset which enables us to run the charity the best way which we can.

Our Staff

We are delighted to have such an experienced and caring staff team who carry out the work of the charity, under the direction of the Trustees.

Everyone who is part of the team has lived experience of poor mental health or caring for someone who has. We recognise this is valuable learning and we use it in everything we do.

Our staff have a wide range of backgrounds and offer a diverse skillset to the organisation. Some have previously used our services, others started their Central Wellbeing journey by volunteering with us. Everyone within the team is committed to improving outcomes for people experiencing poor mental health or wellbeing within our community, and bring with them innovative and creative ideas to help us achieve our aims.
